4. GST and Invoicing
Zoop charges GST on its service fee at the applicable rate (currently 18% under SAC [applicable code]). A GST invoice will be issued for each transaction where a service fee is charged. The invoice will be available upon request from your Sales Consultant or by emailing accounts@sellwithzoop.com.
5. Consumer Protection
5.1 Your Rights as a Consumer

Zoop reserves the right to suspend accounts, report suspicious activity to law enforcement, and cooperate fully with any investigation by Indian authorities.
8. Jurisdiction
